Easy to access, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located just a few steps from the legendary Montmartre district, you will enjoy a lively, vibrant and typically Parisian environment, with many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

## Logement
The windowless flat comprises two bedrooms with double beds facing the street (see last photo), a small, compact bathroom, and a cosy living room with a sofa, ideal for unwinding after a day out in Paris. We would like to gently draw travellers' attention to the size of the bathroom. We kindly invite you to review the description, photos, and reviews from previous guests before making your reservation.

We would like to make guests aware that the bathroom is very small and compact. We highly encourage you to carefully review the description, photos, and reviews from previous guests.
As the bedrooms face the street, light sleepers are advised to bring earplugs.
Additionally, the bedroom doors feature glass panels opening onto the living room to enhance natural light. Please note that they do not have blackout curtains, which may limit privacy between rooms when travelling as a group.

The apartment is also well served by public transport, making it easy to get around the capital.

## Emplacement
The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theatres, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.
