Disappointing stay

We arrived via train earlier then checkout However after calling twice someone responded and let us in as they did not provide the office address Sweet lady came , spend 2 minutes and left and said to call another number for any needs , did not explain anything All the fans were not working Then had to call another number to call and fix that The apt was much smaller then the photos Had a bad gutter odor when you run the sink The washer and dryer did not work with water reaccumilating The showers were nice The location is quite central so that was good For the amout of money definitely you can get much better options Disappointed over all

This was a misleading presentation, the property smelled of damp. I had my 1year daughter stay here there was no facilities that catered for her, after being told that they would. The apartment was poorly maintained and was in an awful condition.

Perfect location with a neighborhood feel

Adorable apartment, just north of Le Marais. 25 minute walk to main attractions on the Seine. 3 minute walk to Metro. Easy to get anywhere! Great showers with instant hot water!

Apartment is well located but photos are deceiving, a lot smaller than you think. On our first night water started dripping from one light fixtures on the ceiling. Small shower inside main bathroom was clogged and water started to overflow, also appeared to have mold..

A lot of promise but lacks execution. Good layout for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good location.Unfortunately serious mould in the bathrooms. No ventilation in the apartment. No opening windows, apartment is internal to a building complex and currently construction all around. The sofa bed was reasonable for sleeping but the sofa was so filthy it was hard to sit on. The bed itself seemed ok but knowing how filthy the sofa was....Communication was also difficult, VRBO said expect details 3 days before stay or contact owner. When I did contact owner I was told to wait. Got contacted by a third party rentaroom for deposit, how to verify this is real as this wasn't mentioned on VRBO? Only got details the day of and not many. Only got confirmation this was going to be a real place when I whatsapp messaged 15min before arrival. Added unnecessary stress to the transaction. A clear communication the day before with clear instructions would have solved the communication issue. It worked out but was expecting much better from pictures and description. Appartment needs ventilation and a good clean.

Hemos estado muy agusto. El apartamento es pequeño pero acogedor. Esta muy bien situado. Lo que menos me gusto es que estaban en obras en el patio interior y habia escombros, escaleras que dificultaban el acceso al apartamento y se escuchaban ruidos o voces de trabajadores en ocasiones. Lo que mas me gusto: el apartamento esta reformado y es agradable, se duerme bien y el agua esta caliente, hace calor (tuvimos que bajar la calefacción), Esta bien situado y tienes por la zona restaurantes y bares
