    We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.



    Former shop completely renovated into an apartment with independent entrance from the street

    On the ground floor, you will find a living room with double sofa bed and open-plan kitchen,

    A bedroom with double bed and its private bathroom.



    A home cinema with a double sofa bed can be found in the basement. Be aware , access to the basement is via steep staircase. Not recommended to elderly people.



    We are happy to give you access to our GYM for FREE, located on 5 rue du Ponceau, 75002, open everyday from 9am to 6pm. Please book your time slot either at our agency on 9 rue du Caire 75002.



    Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.

This property was nice enough and mostly clean (the floors were a bit gross) and the AC was great, but the general maintenance on this property has clearly been lacking for quite some time. We were unable to use the basement bathroom space as the screws holding barn door for the room were hanging loose and ready to fall out of the wall and the shower door was also falling off. We did let the host know about the barn door - with photos - and they asked if they should send someone to fix it, but I don't want random people in our space and am not willing to spend my vacation supervising and cleaning up after dusty work that should've already been done as regular maintenance of their unit. The basement smells insanely musty - possibly moldy - and the venting fan didn't seem to work. On the main floor, the bar stools provided were not put together properly, so they were unusable - all the screws holding them together were only finger tight. The main floor shower was constructed in a way that water pours out onto the floor of the bathroom more than could be soaked up in the provided bath mat. The place has potential and looks nice at first glance, but the owner needs to step it up as it's quickly moving toward being a bit of a dive on the whole.
