Breakfast is good, dinner is beautiful. Transfer to the ski lift is free of charge. Transfer is possible any day and anytime you need. Every evening the owner of hotel is greeting the guests and interesting about their staying.

Everything was exceptional from the pleasant staff to the clean hotel. Beautiful air condtioned room and a great breakfast. The garden is a beautiful quiet area and the bouldering room is a great little place

The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. Nice and cozy wellness spa area, very good continental breakfast and restaurant. Stayed in Arco for 3 days. Great to get away from hustle of Riva del Garda whilst still being very close to Lago di Garda. Other smaller lakes (Tenno, Ledro) nearby well worth a visit. Minutes walk away from cathedral and town centre with great restaurant recommendations. Tennis club with clay and indoor courts also very close. Staff very helpful in advising best places to go. Fantastic hiking routes and proximity to Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay for tourist to this area, Very clean and comfortable, and with nice view, easy to access attractive points. Very good breakfast and kind staffs. Just perfect place. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel and its staff in our opinion were excellent. The hotel is well positioned on the main road into Riva, so is easy to find. It is a short walk to the Lake and nearest beach, about 150m. Beautiful gardens (and well maintained) surround the swimming pool, plenty of shade around the pool but also plenty of sun for those wanting to tan. In our view the Hotel could not be faulted for its cleanliness and very high standards of service that it offered. It is certainly deserving of its 4 Star...

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

This was very conveniently located near the train station. Although we arrived much late than we planned (around mid night), the proximity of the accommodation made is less of a concern. Nice and cosy apartment with necessary amenities . The apartment came with a modern sophisticated washer/dryer which was very useful. It is well lit and clean. 2-3min walk to the Bernina express station. Plenty of restaurants near by.

The staff at the Terra hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and very modern. It was all very well looked after and very clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a highlight of our trip for sure. The free breakfast was also excellent. There was plenty of choice and a good amount of food provided. I would highly recommend the Terra Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tirano.

We stayed in junior suite for 3 nights in December for a winter spa holiday in the dolomites.
