amazing boutique hotel with great room amenities, smart features and attentive door staff. our room was well prepared for as asked before arrival to account for our kids travelling with us. The only thing to think about is the location as its a bit off city centre and the lively parts of the city. breakfast quality and offerings were good but the eggs to order should not be an additional charge in a hotel of this segment. but maybe its an Italy thing because I saw it other hotels I stayed in as well.

"Air conditioning did not work, and staff lied to us about the property being full and not being able to change rooms. It was only after I pushed that they found us a room that was slightly cooler. But still 24 celcius overnight. Would not recommend."
