### Sea view apartment just a minute walk from amazing Mediterranean beaches

Lovely one bedroom sea view apartment just 2 minutes walk from sundy beaches with crystal clear water and all amenities as restaurants and bars. Located in a quiet place in a two floor building, consisting of just 6 apartments, with elevator and private parking. Area suitable for families. Just 200 metres from NAVA.  
  
In the bedroom there is a big double bed.  
There is a spacious living room area with a HUGE sofa - bed on which can comfortably sleep 2 adult persons.   
  
The nearby restaurants, bars and markets are closed between 1 December and 31 of March each year. Still there are open markets and restaurants all year around 4 kilometres away in the area of Kapparis and Paralimni.  
  
In then apartment there is a full TV package which includes more than 1000 movies, TV channels from many different countries and live sport events.  
  
Beautiful quiet neighbourhood just a minute walk to lovely sundy beaches, nice restaurants and all kind of amenities. Protaras Coastal promenade it is located just 2 minutes walk from the apartment and you may walk through it until famous fig tree bay located 3 kilometres to the south. The location of the apartment is also perfect for people who does not want to rent a vehicle for their vacation as they can have everything they might need in a short walking distance!
