When I arrived late on the first day, the front desk staff was kind and encouraged me to visit the restaurant buffet because I was hungry and allowed me time to do that and even held my bags. That was a friendly welcome. I traveled solo and felt very, very safe. I also felt like the staff recognized me after a few days and noted I was alone and they were so sweet. I used the coupon for spa services and did the leg wax and it was fantastic and professional also. I loved the entire experience."
