"The hotel was renovated in the last year or so. Our room---especially the bathroom---seemed brand new. The room and public areas were spotlessly clean.
The staff is wonderful: helpful and warm. The view of Sant'Angelo is perfect.
It's quite convenient, too: right on the main street to Sant'Angelo, so public transportation is right there.
Our only complaint was that the shower is quite small."
"None of the picture's of this property are current. The hotel is in extreme decline. The lily pond with flowing water was not working except to breed mosquitoes. Our bathroom window was broken, there is no wifi in rooms. The pools have mold, extremely slippery tile and broken grating surrounding pool. The gardwns were unkempt and grass was dry and brown. There is no restaurant at hotel. There is no beach shuttle at hotel. Mask were not required while serving yourself from uncovered breakfast...
"Very friendly staff, nice clean hotel,a bit far out of the town so a bit of walking was involved,
Overall a nice place to stay,
The manager salvtory is very nice and friendly,he will help with anything asked of him"
"The “popular amenities” that this hotel claims to have are either extremely underwhelming or simply do not exist. First, while the hotel claims to have Wifi in every room, the network only works in the lobby and loses connection once you reach the third floor of rooms. We ironically had better connection to the wifi at the restaurant in the hotel beside this one then we did in our room. Second, there is no laundry service at the hotel, despite what the listing says. This was extremely...

"This hotel is lovely. A fantastic location. We could see the full moon perched over the Castello Aragonese d'Ischia from our window. So beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. The pools delightful. Only complaint is the pillows. Very hard. "
"The hotel seems terribly positioned, but just the opposite is true. Hidden in green, isolated from the highway by sufficient distance and green barriers, we enjoyed our stay there in full.
The staff is very friendly and supportive, the hotel design is picturesque (Mexican style), and it was refreshing and pleasant.
I doubt 4 stars are adequate, but who knows what the measures are. Everyday cleaning, fresh towels, cozy restaurant, sports facilities, plenty of space in closed private parking.
Just the shower is very small and would deserve reconstruction (rusty stains). But still perfectly clean."
"This hotel was delightful! The location was spectacular. We had fabulous views of the sea and the Costello Aragonese. We were able to walk into town for shopping and restaurants. But the restaurant at the hotel was excellent. Only tip- if you want a table closest to the water- make that request before you arrive. We never did get one for dinner."
