Beautiful hotel with great history! The location in Casco Viejo was perfect for our visit to Panama City and we were easily able to walk or order a car/Uber from there for various trips. We had a family suite, which was a king and full size bed room that worked well for our family of 3. The rooftop pool is small, but lovely and the restaurant near the pool was great with friendly staff. The Central Hotel is a gorgeous place and the staff at the front desk, door and restaurants were all nice and helpful.

This hotel is very old, no amenities and very noisy. Noise from street, pool filter and they have put refrigerator between beds next to your head. We ask the staff to give us the quite room, but she gave us a very noisy one. The breakfast was trible at 8 am they were out of eggs and coffee. When they bring some coffee and eggs after while coffee taste trible.

"The room was clean, but a little dated and there was a slight smell of mildew in the suite. The staff was there if/when I needed them. I didn’t have the opportunity to try the breakfast or get in the pool. The location was nice and Ubers were very accessible."
