Steps Away From Community Pool, Short Walk To Beach

  • This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath nicely decorated townhome is located just 50 feet from one of the two pools available as well as the community tennis courts.  It is also within a short walking distance to the gulf front pool and one of the top rated beaches, Cape San Blas.  

    Enjoy strolling along sugar white sands and watching Dolphins play in the emerald green water. Bring an end to the perfect day with some of the most spectacular sunsets seen. Everything needed to make the dream of a perfect vacation come true time & time again. Dogs are welcome.

    Floor Plan: Ground level-foyer, covered parking.  1st level-kitchen, dining area, living room with queen sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, DVD and stereo; laundry closet and half bath.  2nd level-Bedroom 1-master bedroom with king bed, TV and full bath with shower and tub; and Bedroom 2-queen bed with TV and full bath with shower and tub.
