  • Coastal Sunshine is on the 2nd floor of a 4 unit Gulf view townhome, located  on the Cape San Blas peninsula. This is the perfect unit for those looking for an affordable beach vacation without compromising comfort or location. It’s a very short walk to the beach and you can even bring the family pet.  This 3 bedroom, well equipped unit has an open floor plan, high ceilings and lots of windows to enjoy the Florida sunshine.  With large, open decks off of the living room and master bedroom, you can enjoy breathtaking gulf views and fabulous sunrises and sunsets.  Come, sit back and enjoy the beach at Coastal Sunshine.

    Floor Plan: Ground Floor - Storage room with Washer & Dryer, covered parking; 2nd Floor - Living Room with 46” flat screen TV with Amazon Instant Video, Dining Area, well equipped Kitchen, Master Bedroom with king bed and private bathroom with shower, Bedroom 2 – queen bed, Bedroom 3 / Office – bunk beds and desk, full hall bathroom.
