ABOUT SEA HORSEY RETREAT:
Welcome to Sea-horsey Retreat! A great 3-bedroom Gulf-front condo in Sunrise Beach Resort with amazing views and access to the resort's multiple pools, fitness center and other great amenities. Grab a cup of coffee and start the day relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean while you plan your day at the beach, the pool or nearby Pier Park. Sea-horsey Retreat is a great place for a family to vacation on the beach and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while being walking distance to great local attractions! You can even rent a mini car, bike or motorcycle just across the street.

Sea-horsey Retreat is located on the 7th floor of the Sunrise Beach Resort giving you a great view of the typically 2-toned emerald coast waters and the two 5th floor pools right from your own private balcony. The 3-bedroom condo sleeps 7 in bedrooms but also has a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa. There is a King master, Queen spare, Twin over Full bunk room, a Queen sleeper sofa, and if you need some more sleeping space there is a Queen Murphy bed. We come to the area a couple times a year and this property was the best all around! Gift bag on the counter to start the stay out on the right foot. Plenty of towels provided in each bathroom. Everything was very clean and well kept. The balcony furniture was very comfy and the turf was a nice touch. The property manager reach out a couple times during our stay. We will be rebooking here every time we come to PCB from here on out.

This condo met all of our needs! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and then some. The balcony was its own little paradise! It felt like another room. The condo is nicely decorated with a beach theme. The only snag we ran into was that there was only one parking space provided for a condo that sleeps eleven. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We definitely plan on reserving it again!

Wow! Everything is right there! Perfect location, I could just fly in and Uber to the condo while on the way go to grocery store for few things then once there you have everything you need, walking to shopping, liquor store , convenience store nice restaurants, the pier shopping amusement, rental fun, cars, everything within walking distance right there. Perfect place on the beach as well. Prettiest water whitest sand I just can't say enough about how perfect perfect this place is! they say location location location well this is it.!

Refrigerator didn’t work, electricity in kitchen didn’t work. Check in was terrible! Staff was very very rude. Got parking ticket inside the garage of place we stayed in! I’ll never take my family back there again. Too expensive to be treated the way we were.

So this is our 3rd year at SEA-HORSEY and it's hard to pick what we love the most, the people, the activities, the beach or the unit, which is perfect. The owner has done a wonderful job of supplying everything one would need. Everything in the unit is comfortable and quality. We especially love the patio that has the best furniture in the resort. While we were super excited about our condo from pictures, this condo is only picture perfect. When we arrived to condo multiple pieces of furniture were broken, more than half of everything in the condo... we pulled out pans to cook and they still had food in them placed in the cabinet. There was a horrible smell of urine throughout the whole condo we could not get our no matter the cleaning we did. We were made aware of dyer not working when we arrived and they did show up Monday to replace it as we were told but they may have been the only plus about our stay. This unit definitely needs updating and apparently a new cleaning crew.

Pros: The 7th floor was great. Elevators were at times busy (which was expected) but overall not bad. Plenty of amenities in the condo. Nice pool which they keep very clean and the snack bar attendant was very friendly. The check in and checkout process was easy. Very clean unit. Loved the welcome bag with misc. items to use in the condo. Cons: Only one parking space which we were unaware of and had 2 cars (6 people). Management said we could park at their office if needed. The condo is in a busier location which makes it hard to take a left out of. The T.V. in the bunk room would not work. Management said they would have one to us the next day and no one ever came. Sadly, that room had the people that stayed up later than the rest. The master bedroom needs a new bed topper. It sags where each person lays which made it uncomfortable. I sleep on the edge and kept sinking backwards into the area. We were unable to get the master balcony doors open (not a huge deal for us but might be for others). If you want to put a tent up you have to go to the end of the building. You are not allowed to set up in front of the building so be ready for a walk. The only reason we would never stay here again is the one parking spot for a 3 bedroom condo. Other than that we did enjoy our stay. Hope this review helps.
