Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

This condo was recently purchased in January of 2022. The new owners did a lot of work to it and bought a lot of new furniture it is in superb condition. It is a new listing and the good reviews will start coming in for sure.

This condo Sleeps 8 in 2 bedrooms King in the master & 2 Queen Size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Plus Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. You will enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from this beautifully decorated unit.

Each bedroom connects to a private full size bathroom.

From the kitchen, dining room and living room look directly out over the sugar white sand and emerald blue ocean water. The afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch the action in the water.

Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the newest resorts and is directly gulf front, with 636 feet of gulf frontage. Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the most exclusive resorts on the Emerald Coast located directly on the world’s most beautiful beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach.

What an awesome time we had at your condo!! From a smooth reservation and check in process to an easy check out process. The condo was as described in the listing and was clean and tidy when we arrived. Amazing Condo with Breathtaking Views

When we arrived the condo was extremely clean and updated. The location was extremely nice with tons of restaurants near by. It was very nice being provided with all cook wear and utensils. We were concerned with elevators before we arrived due to the reviews we read, but the resort has employees directing and controlling elevator traffic during peak times. The view was absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The property owner was very accommodating and responsive. If you’re second guessing this property, don’t, its 100% worth it. We will definitely be booking here annually.

This was a very nice property. The condo was amazing! The facilities were nice and clean. The pools were great! The only thing that causes a few problems were the elevators. They were not air conditioned and the wait times were 15 plus minutes at best and 45 plus at the worst.

This was exactly what we wanted!! The condo is huge and decorated beautifully! There's enough space for everything and everyone. We love Tidewater and I think we have a favorite condo now!! We loved staying at this condo, there isn’t one negative thing to say…the beds we’re comfortable, everything including the floors were very clean.. the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Tidewater itself was very clean, friendly staff, the easiest check in we have ever had. We loved the location of this condo and size it’s very big…the past 14 years we’ve stayed at the Majestic in PCB so I didn’t know if I’d like the switch but we really did. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful time and for providing such an excellent condo.

Absolutely loved it!!

The master bath and closet really sold me. The staff was very nice. Only complaints were, There is no cable in the bedrooms. Which wasnt a huge deal for us. To use the hot water in the master shower you have to turn it on as if you were using the cold water. They said it was installed backwards. But it was very spacious and the beds were comfy. Bring extra blankets, beach towel and pillows as suggested because there isnt any extra. But I would 100% stay here again.

The resort was good. The room view was amazing. The cleanliness on the other hand was not so good. I couldn’t walk around with my shoes off without my feet turning black! Cleaning service could do better. Windows were not cleaned well. Other then that, the place was excellent! Thanks for having us!

Nice, but way to crowded!

The condo was very nice and clean. Tidewaters has everything you need, except enough elevators!! There was one time when we waited 6 minutes for an elevator!! A stranger, on the street, saw my wrist band and asked, "how are you enjoying those elevators at Tidewaters?" I will not stay there again, because of the elevators.

Overall good experience

The place was great, however the cleaning crew needs to do better job. We found someone's dress under a chair in the bedroom and a spit bottle from a previous renter. The elevators are pretty bad around the check-in and check-out times. Plan around that or give yourself plenty of extra time to catch an elevator. Other than that the property was awesome and we had a great experience.

Elevators Are An Issue

This unit is on the 19th floor so taking the steps wasn’t happening. Our main complaint were the elevators. It could take up to 30 minutes to get on the elevator. The smoke alarm went off every time we used the oven which was daily. The location is awesome however there was road construction in front of the resort and you would get sprayed with tar particles while at the pool and very loud equipment. Not our best Florida visit. The kids had fun.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying in this condo. Overall we liked it. The washer could have been cleaner it had some black mold on the opening. The floors were cleaner than last year but still could have been better. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced it is not that comfortable. They did paint the condo and it really updated it. Again we enjoyed our stay and with a few minor updates to the master bathroom it would be really nice. ( Take out the big tub and enlarge the shower). Merlin Arensdorff

Comfortable enough. Wish I'd known it was 19th floor.. terrified of heights and struggled with that. Living room tv needs an update badly. Too blurry for phone to read a QR code. Floor was really dirty- bring house shoes. Great ceiling fan, great dining table. Kitchen was good but could use some new pans. Washer/dryer worked great. Appreciated that the room was ready early, which allowed us to avoid the 45 min wait for an elevator to unload our stuff. No enforcement of rules for the hot tub. It's a kiddy pool full of snacks and ice cream drinks. Watch your stuff-wallet was stolen. I know we're picky...we did enjoy the stay though.

The shower in the master bath never would get hot. When they say to bring xtra bath towels, you better! The ones they have are very small and are like cheap motel towels. I have always had plenty of towels at other condos. The owners might want to consider getting some nicer ones. One of the beds in the spare bedroom was uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved. The elevator situation at this resort was the worst that I have ever seen. There were times we had to wait 20 minutes or more to get one. Pools were nice and big but needed cleaning. We will not stay here again. We have stayed at other resorts close by and they are so much better.
