Less than a mile in the other direction you will find the 4,000+ Acre Nature Preserve - Bald Point State Park. With Lakes, Ponds, trails and rivers there are few places like it on earth. SEAcluded Paradise is an elevated home located about 40 steps from the shores of Florida’s Forgotten Coast. On the ground floor you will find a spacious storage room dedicated to having fun at the beach! You’ll have access to this room during your stay and are welcome to use anything inside(beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, sand toys, etc). If you happen to bring some beach toys you don’t want to lug home, you are welcome to leave them if they are in good condition. Up the stairs you are welcomed by a large screened porch with an ocean view and plenty of high end seating. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table along with fans to help keep you cool. There is a Smart Lock on the front door that will open with your unique code. Walking through the front door you are greeted by the Open Concept and newly updated Kitchen and dining space. A kitchen island with seating is great for making meals or memories just the same. New high end granite countertops brighten up the space and are accented by the custom backsplash. A large dining table with seating for 8 is perfect for gathering after a long day at the beach. The Dining room flows directly into the living room with a brand new 65” 4k Smart TV perched above an Electric Fireplace which is perfect for those movie nights. When you’re tired from all that beach time, 4 of the homes 5 Bedrooms come with an ocean view! Bedroom 1 = Just off the kitchen you’ll find the 1st Ensuite Bedroom with a King Bed. You’ll also have your own 55” Smart TV. While there is a private deck off this bedroom, the harsh Florida weather hasn’t been kind to it and it isn’t safe for use so you will not have access to it. You will however have your own private bathroom with Shower and Soaking tub. Bedroom 2 = Down the hall you’ll find another Ensuite Bedroom with a Queen Bed, private bathroom and shower. This room also has a 42” Smart TV. Bedroom 3 = The Disney room is a huge hit with Kids! 2 Full Beds, their own 55” Smart TV and tons of Stuffed Animals are always a hit with the kiddos. There are some good local restaurants nearby. The host was very helpful when we had to push back our stay for a couple of days due to a hurricane. It is a spacious and beautiful place, with convenient and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazingly well equipped kitchen. We also loved the provided board games. It was so peaceful. Enjoyed walking the beach, collecting shells and enjoying Sunrises and Sunsets from the screened porch…definitely will be back, and highly recommend. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was a treat! The host provided a ton of items that made our shopping/pack list a lot lighter; that was a huge bonus. We brought our kids and grandkids for a beach family vacation, and it was awesome! Water is a little murky in this area but that didn't stop the kids from swimming and finding so many little little crabs and creatures. The house had everything we needed for nine people. The house was clean and the beds were super comfy. The screened in porch was our families favorite place to hangout and my one old granddaughter loved sitting on the porch and looking at the birds. It was only a short walk to the beach. The house is set up well for keeping warm and for the dogs ! The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking items that you will need and all appliances are newer and in good working order! Comfortable beds with lots of pillows and with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the big grill and beach supplies. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels for everyone. We stayed the week of July fourth and enjoyed the beach and the house every day. This is the perfect house for older and younger family members. We will rent again for sure! We had my wife and I, we are the grand parents, our 2 kids with their spouses and our 2-sets of twins, grand kids. We had a great time. The house was wonderful. It exceeded expectations.
