It is perfect for us to get away from the hustle of our busy lives. We are close to the Boat Ramp here at this house, so we are out on the water every day Fishing. Close to Mashes sand beach....about half mile. Plenty of room for everyone. Outside shower a plus with going to the beach. About 45mins to Tallahassee. Carabell beach was about 22mins. Also the TV has bare bones TV channels. However, the Area was quiet anf that was a goal certainly. My advise would be to do a bit of an update to address the wavey floors a, lighten the place up and get some updated furnishing. Working with the homeowner was easy and so was getting everything booked for our weekend. If you are Looking for a Quiet Place to get away from the Hustle and Bustle of the world this is your place. Just a short few minutes away from Alligator Point and right down the street from the best place to watch the sunrise. All the locals come every Saturday & Sunday Morning to watch the sunrise at Mashes Sands Beach. We made lots of Great Memories on our stay in this house.
