Good to stay at pamplona.
Staff was really great! Good english & kind explain for everythings!! Room condition also perfect! Highly recomended! The city center is little bit far from here but there is a bus stop near the hotel!

Perfect place for visiting Pamplona. Easy walk into the city from the apartment. Receptionist very helpful and spoke excellent English. Great value for money and parking relatively easy.

Clean and comfortable
The office was a little out of town, and I had to ask around a little to find it, but I knew it was out of town so that was OK. It is within walking distance of town, and there is also a regular bus (though I didn't use it). Reception was extremely friendly, and were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger apartment with balconies and the use of a living room. This was great as were were having a rest on the Camino de Santiago so we could wash and dry our clothes easily. It was exceptionally clean and indeed while were were there, a team came to clean and change bedding etc. A very comfortable stay if you don't mind being out of the old town.

Good guest house in modern block.
Situated in a modern block the guest house takes up part of one floor. Good clean room, very quite during my stay.Had a whirlpool bath in my room, which was fun! It is opposite a nice Park and has bars/restaurants/fast food very close. A modern, young part of the city. Not right in the centre of town so a good walk in or a taxi if you want the old town. There is underground parking, but it costs €10 a day.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and welcoming. I really feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck. The location was also great with just a short walk to the city center.

A great way to save some cash and still have a decent room! It's like they are an apartment rental agency or something and then converted the apartment into rooms hotel-style. We had our own room with bathroom. The bed was huge and comfy, the bathroom clean & everything was just great (minus the rowdy birthday party at the bar below singing late on Saturday night, but I don't fault the hotel for that & it didn't last too too long). It's not in the center, so it's not as expensive as the others, but it's super easy to get to - 15 min walk or quick bus ride, so you can't beat the price!! Keep in mind if you're going to stay out late & maybe not want to walk home or wait for the night bus, the cabs are few and far between. We were able to call one easily however. Overall, we were very pleased.

Good location to start the Camino
It is out of the center of town and gives a good head start when walking the Camino. But if you start from Pamplona then you should retrace the path back into the center. The Camino is very well marked and this pension is very well placed on the route. The staff was very helpful iin arranging luggage transport, changing my plans, and arranging my next accommodation. Room was clean, simple and quiet.

Great value hotel
Very nice hotel about a 30 minute walk from the city center or an easy 10 minute bus ride. Excellent, helpful staff. Nice and simple accommodations with shared bathroom. Outstanding price.

Perfect Pre-Camino Stay
I stayed here for a few days prior to starting to walk the Camino de Santiago. The room was large and quite comfortable. The bathroom was shared but only with one other room. This is more of an apartment than a hotel and is located in a modern, residential building in the new part of Pamplona, right across from a sprawling Japanese park. Lots of cafes and restaurants are within a short walk and the Camino de Santiago begins less than 200 meters away.

Ideal place if you have business at university
I was very happy with my experience with this apartment. I had to be at the University of Navarra every morning and the walk to campus was very nice. There are lots of conveniences in and around the building. Pamplona is not very big, so I took walks to the old city several times (it only takes 15 minutes). Bus access is also very good if you need it. I plan to return and will book a room here again. The only problem I had was with the Internet. There was no in-room Internet and so they gave me a 3G wireless USB modem. That was even better, given that I could use that with my laptop throughout the city. But that cost extra and it didn't work with my MacBook laptop, so that created big problems because I had to have online access.

No vale la pena hospedarse aquí!
La atención del personal fue muy buena. Se han portado muy amables, sin embargo el alojamiento deja mucho que desear. He encontrado bichos en la cama 2 días seguidos. La calefacción no servia y el espacio era muy poco. Las cobijas tenían mucho tiempo sin lavarse, coleccionando cabellos de quién sabe cuántos huéspedes. Estuve hospedado 5 días y realmente me he quedado muy a disgusto.

Nos alegra saber que la atención del personal le pareció muy buena y amable y estuvo a la altura de sus expectativas pero lamentamos los detalles que nos comenta sobre la limpieza. Nuestra oferta incluye habitaciones con baño compartido, habitaciones con baño privado y apartamentos completos. La habitación con baño compartido es la que usted reservó y es la opción más básica en la que los baños son de uso común. En esta opción siempre hay un baño por cada 2 o 3 habitaciones. La habitación con baño privado tiene más espacio y el baño es privado y está dentro de la habitación. El apartamento ya incluye habitación, salón cocina y baño. En su caso, usted reservó una habitación con baño compartido en la que la tarifa es la más económica y el espacio también es menor. La limpieza de las habitaciones es diaria y después de limpiar cada habitación hay una persona encargada de revisarlas para que su estado sea correcto. No obstante cualquier cosa que se nos pueda pasar puede avisarnos y lo corregimos al momento, es parte de nuestro trabajo. La temperatura para estos días en nuestro establecimiento varía entre 22ºC – 23ºC. Cuando una habitación alcanza esta temperatura los radiadores sólo se activan para mantenerla, pero eso no quiere decir que no funcionen, sólo que no se requiere un incremento de temperatura. Valoramos mucho sus sugerencias y veremos si hay algún aspecto en la información que transmitimos que se pueda mejorar. Cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Muy bueno servicio de recepción y se prestan información y buenas recomendaciones. Solamente con el bano le falta un poco más de limpieza.

Clean room, good beds, Nice strong hot shower. They give you showergel and shampoo. The checkin is different from the actual building, they take you to your building after checkin. Good location, 15 min walk to center, Nice walk.

Halte étape à conseiller...
Nous sommes restés une nuit. une halte étape. l’hôtel n'étant pas rempli, nous avons été sur classé et donc bénéficié d'une suite 2 chambres, plutôt qu'une chambre familiale à 4 lits. Propre, service de qualité. Cependant il ne servent pas de petit déjeuner.

小而巧的日租型公寓
我們訂的是公共浴廁，但因為另一房間有獨立衛浴，所以公共浴廁基本上仍為專用(只是要出房間門使用)。房間價格2人房每晚約台幣1400元，個人覺得CP值很高。客房很新很乾淨，而且搭車到市區非常方便(走路到市區約莫25分鐘)，潘普洛納城市民風純樸，因此走路逛街也很自在。 有一點可能請旅客要事先與旅館Check，就是櫃台服務人員並非全天候的。我們下午02:10 pm到達旅館Check in的地址，發現門是關著的(當下以為是錯地方)。最後折騰了一會後，才發現櫃檯人員下午02:00~05:00 pm是休息時間，所以只能等2個多小時後再Check in (這個狀況 Hotels公司 應該要特別提醒訂房的旅客)。

Sin grandes lujos pero con todo lo que necesitas.
Habitación con baño en un piso de tres, situado en una zona que te permite llegar a pie a cualquier sitio de Pamplona. Volveremos a repetir.

Cumple su función.
Son apartamentos de un gran edificio de viviendas que la agencia "parte" (instala cerraduras en cada estancia), para alquilar por separado. En nuestro caso, se alquiló la habitación doble con baño propio (la nuestra) y la colindante, la cual tenía el baño fuera de la habitación. Esto nos resultó un poco molesto ya que tenían que abrir y cerrar con llave la puerta cada vez que lo utilizaban, a la par que se escuchaba con más facilidad (al estar en el mismo apartamento), lo que hacían. Por otro lado, destacar, lo bien "aclimatado" que que estaba el apartamento.
