It is arranged on two levels; on the ground floor is the bright living area with a spacious TV lounge, a fireplace, sofas, and a dining area that opens through large glass doors onto the splendid terrace, complete with an outdoor dining table for your al fresco lunches and dinners while enjoying a breathtaking view and a fiery red sunset over the sea.

Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and all the utensils you need to indulge in Mediterranean cuisine, complete with high-quality silverware and fine tableware.

Below the terrace lies the stunning private pool with a waterfall for a wonderful massage, offering a beautiful view of the sea and featuring sun loungers where you can enjoy Sicily’s glorious sunshine in total relaxation.

From the living area, ascending the marble staircase, you reach another level leading to the sleeping quarters, which feature three suites—one of which, the “Superior” suite, has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi that you can enjoy with your family while sipping a bottle of Champagne. the other two suites each have a private bathroom, and all rooms boast an enchanting view.

Inside the villa, there is a guesthouse with two additional bedrooms, which can also be booked separately without having to reserve the entire villa.
