About this property

House in Son Espanyolet

  • We offer you a modern house in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Palma, newly built and with patio. We have two rooms with complete bathroom each one in suite and two personal beds of 2 meters long in each room. Our neighbors have started a new construction project which will cause noise in the mornings, we apologize for this inconvenience, will be completed in March 2027. Very close to the main places of interest and five blocks from the Paseo Maritimo and Bohemian Santa Catalina, this lively area of ​​Palma is full of modern restaurants, bars and shops. Anyone is welcome to our house. On the day of entry the Tourist Tax that is applied in the Balearic Islands will be paid, in order to obtain information about the price of the Tourist Tax, you can contact the owner.
