Located on a forth floor with amazing terrace, no lift. Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and the living room. It is located on the attic floor without an elevator. We do not recommend this apartment for families with small children in push chairs, due to the narrow nature of the stairs, but we can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Fully equipped and stylish living place, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. One bathroom with shower. No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city atractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born. “Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art. Rules: \- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized. \-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the accommodation. \-Please respect the shared areas of the building: stairs and hall, being silent and keeping them clean. \-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the house whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit. No provisions at all - no tea/coffee/milk/sugarcleaning products like wash up liquidcloths. Some basics would be nice to have especially when you arrive late at night and no shops open nearby. Nice terrace to catch the sun. Comfortable bed and very hot water. The stairs to the apartment are very steep and narrow. These should be mentioned in the description of the apartment as they would not be suitable for the elderly, for childrenanyone with mobility problems. Me encantó y volvería. La reforma tiene unos detalles muy muy artísticos y bonitos. Las vistas de las terrazas son impresionantes. Quizás los colchones son un poco blandos y se nota la falta de secadora, si tengo que comparar con otro piso de la misma agencia. La TV tiene solamente 6 canales que funcionan, el satélite no funciona y no hay TV en el dormitorio (por si a alguien le interesa, os dejo la info). Las escaleras no son de lo más cómodo, pero se sube rápidamente, tampoco es para tanto. Kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Markt und zu div. anderen Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants. Besonderheiten: 1\. Sehr steiles und enges Treppenhaus. 2\. Very bright, clean and with many lovely small touches, you rarely get . Patio was great, a lovely sitting out space. Apartment was exceptionally bright and clean. Access, although not in person, was very easy and well communicated. We were kept informed of all we needed to know by e mail and Whats App. Highly recommend. Ресторны,магазины все близко. Хороший выбор если хотите погулять по городу. Везде ходили пешком. Лестница очень крутая и это надо учитывать если у вас много багажа и маленькие дети.
