Located in a neighborhood on the outskirts of Palma, this spacious 290 m² holiday home welcomes up to 10 guests in 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, two of them en suite. You will enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen and a small outdoor kitchenette, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, and air conditioning in the 3 upstairs bedrooms during the summer, as the thick walls on the ground floor keep an ideal temperature. Heating is available throughout the house in winter; if you wish to use it, it is available for an extra fee. The house offers a washing machine, ceiling fans, and a dedicated workspace for families and guests who want to work online. There are 2 cots and 3 high chairs available.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, and open terrace, perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors with your private barbecue. The private outdoor pool and outdoor shower add extra comfort during your stay. The garden has private parking for two cars.



Next to the house, you’ll find restaurants, including one serving typical Mallorcan cuisine, and a bus stop that connects the neighborhood to the city center. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
