Bright Studio in the heart of Palma with Balcony, Wifi, AC, Great for Couples

  • This Studio is part of a building from 1900 whose structure preserves the typical character of buildings of the time. It is perfectly renovated and our apartments are equipped and conditioned and have everything you need to enjoy your holiday (kitchenware, sheets, towels...).

    It is located in one of the most commercial streets in the Mallorcan capital, with all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants around, as well as live music, street artists and a lot of atmosphere in the area. And the heart of the city is at your feet. At the end of the street is the Plaza Mayor. Plaza España, from which you can take buses or trains to any place on the island, is just a few metres away.

    The Studio has a maximum capacity for 2 adults. It has a double bed, a living room with a French kitchen that is equipped with all the kitchenware and utensils necessary for your stay: ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. In the living room you will find a modern sofa and a table to enjoy your meals. In addition, the studio has a complete bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. We offer free Wi-Fi as well as air conditioning with heat.

    The apartment has a very original decoration, is very bright and has some small balconies from which you can enjoy the comings and goings of people and the hustle and bustle of the city. It is ideal for couples.

    The famous Mercat de l'Olivar is located two streets away and there you can buy all kinds of top quality products. You will enjoy all the services in the area: supermarkets a 2-minute walk away, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, opticians, etc. In less than 10 minutes you will be at the Cathedral or you can visit the Town Hall.

    It is very important that you keep in mind that you can only access the apartment by stairs, since it is located on the third floor of a building that does not have an lift.

The apartment is situated in a perfect location. The apartment is really clean and well presented with everything you need for your stay. Noemi was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Noemi and her apartment 100%.

Tolle Objekt in super Lage

Perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Dadurch ist es Nachts teilweise sehr laut, aber in der Stadt ist das ja normal. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war hervorragend und sehr unkompliziert.
