"Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at will never come back again. They no longer have a free shuttle to SeaWorld. They charge you $40 a day for parking. It cost me $137 on top of my room cost for all their fees and charges, and they offered nothing in return, not even an elevator to go to the second floor to your room. The staff kicked everyone out of the pool at 10 o’clock last night the main pool on a Friday night total BS rude and I will never stay there again."

"Perfect location. Short walk to I drive where you can then take a tourist bus named I ride , $10 for a 3 day pass, and you are a short distance to so many nice restaurants and local attractions, including Sea World and Aquatica. The breakfast was awesome and the pool nice and clean for a day of relaxation, or a break from the parks. We had a great stay."

"This was my fourth stay at this location, and while most of my experiences have been positive, this visit had several issues worth mentioning. My initial reservation required me to book two weeks and then make a separate Expedia reservation for an additional week. I was told rooms would be cleaned every two weeks, but mine was not cleaned at all until I checked out for one night and checked back in. I also found a couple of bugs on the floor during this stay. For my most recent reservation, I was booked Sunday through Saturday. On Thursday, I returned from work carrying several items and found a note on my door asking me to visit the front desk because it appeared I would be checking out soon. The note itself was fine, but my room key had been deactivated, so I couldn’t get inside without going back downstairs. The front desk staff member was polite and helpful, as she has always been. I explained that I was checking out Saturday and already had a new Expedia reservation for the following week. She made notes and reactivated my key. My main concern is that the note should have been enough. There was no need to deactivate my key two days before checkout, especially when I had not missed any communication. Carrying everything back downstairs to resolve the issue was inconvenient. Aside from these concerns, my stays here have generally been good, and the staff has always been courteous."
