We will definitely stay here again! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms, nice pool. The parking was ok… some spots outside and some in tiny garages. The garages made me nervous only because I was afraid I’d hit my mirrors on the opening… no fault of the resort.

Gardener made noise at 9am. My white noise machine helped for this manner. But everything else was good. When things weren’t working, help was there to fix.

Well kept, lots of amenities like table tennis, tennis, putting green, and pools. Parking was easy. Communication was 1st class. Easy check in easy check out. Staff was friendly and answered questions and gave suggestions for local eateries. The space was clean and tidy. We had enough towels, cups, paper towels, utensils, ect. The ice machine in the freezer was great! Extremely satisfied with my experience

The property was beautifully maintained with 2 large pools, 2 jacuzzis, 1 tennis court and the gardens were beautiful with flowering fruit trees all around. The staff was very attentive and helpful and there were washer/dryers available. The apartment was very roomy and comfortable.

Vista Mirage is outstanding value for your dollar. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The entire property is very well maintained and it is clear staff take pride in their work. It is also clear that property management cares about guests and the property. The main bedroom and ensuite are roomy. The living room area and kitchen provide adequate space for four people to feel comfortable. The ice maker in the fridge is a bonus. The pools are always clean and warm, and the barbecues are spotless and work well. Vista Mirage is in a very central location and it is a five minute walk for groceries, pharmacy and liquor. It is only a 30 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs. Our flight home was significantly delayed and Nolan and David in guest services were very accommodating and incredibly helpful.

The Vista Mirage was a great location and accommodation for our family of 4. Lots of space and great location to conveniences such as a grocery store and coffee. It was also close drive to downtown Palm Springs which we did most evenings. The resort had two nice pools and a tennis court. We used that daily. Would highly recommend this resort!

We absolutely loved this place. The condo was spacious, the pool was warm, nice tennis court, and we could walk to grocery store and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the cute downtown. You can see mountains from some of the windows. We will be back.

What an excellent place to retreat with family or friends. You’re welcomed, even before arrival with text messages from the property, to make sure that everything is perfect upon arrival. The resort is quiet, impecable and has all the amenities like if you were home! We will definitely come back!

Location and the units are great! Only hand out 2 rolls of toilet paper or 2 dishwasher pods at a time. More could be stalked in units. Pools could be a bit cleaner. Not a big deal.

Excellent stay but depends on the unit location
I think all the positive and negative reviews online are both true depending on which unit you get. We started in a unit near Ramona. All night, just heard cars zoom by. The WiFi signal was terrible and the hot water not hot. The staff, David, was very accommodating and moved us to a center unit after the first night. Minimum car noise. Plenty of hot water, good WiFi coverage. The bed and fixtures inside were newer too. The rest of the property is dated but clean. Stairs to the second story need to be repaired so that is something to look out for if you have mobility issues.

Property and cleanliness very good, well equipped. WiFi was “iffy” - I never could get decent connection, others in family had no problem. Front desk customer service excellent. We left 2 items by mistake, room service took them to front desk; who quickly contacted us and held them for our pick up - greatly appreciated!

30 mins walk to downtown - a bit far. We had a water leak in our room and flooded the front door. The outdoor jacuzzi was luke warm and the pool was cold. Difficult to get a hold of the front desk even when you checkin (they had a sign saying they were out for lunch). Will not return.

I loved the big room and the privacy it offered. Grounds were immaculate. Enjoyed picking grapefruit every morning for breakfast! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The only tiny drawback was the bed was very firm- although I know that’s a preference for some. I would- and already have-highly recommend!

Attended a work conference in Palm Springs. The negotiated hotels for our conference were fully booked by the time I received approval. Fortunately, I found this resort through Hotels.com. The resort is conveniently located with a 4-min drive to the Convention Center. There are also stores and various eateries close-by to choose from. I loved that the resort and the surrounding area was so peaceful and quiet. Not having to hear the doors slam or people talking in their rooms or in the hallway of hotels was ideal. I would highly recommend Vista Mirage to friends and family. I told other conference attendees to consider staying here the next time they are in Palm Springs. Staff at the resort were friendly, and communicated often via text. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay unit was very clean staff were very nice and attentive to all our needs ,it was nice and quiet at night plus being a no pets , and non smoking property was a bonus for us . The only thing we missed was having a kettle to boil water , as a tea drinker I won't take hot water from a coffee maker . I would definitely stay here again.
