Occupied by druggies, they live there...had to call cops before 6am, woman screaming at the top of her lungs to call the cops, hallucinating someone was in her closet.. awful place

The back parking lot is a bit creepy at night but I love it here because of the customer service and the bulldog in the office she is so beautiful and sweet.

It was an average motel. Nothing outstanding. A bed to lay our heads. All hotels/motels these days are overpriced so we chose this hotel for it's more reasonable rate.

Staff is awesome well knowledgeable of shopping , restaurants,and entertainment to help you enjoy Palm springs beautiful city. The hotel Del Los Reyes very convenient to down town.

Did what it said... everything worked, comfortable bed, clean and reasonably priced for Palm Springs...only grumble is no soap holder in shower - but not the end of the world...

checkin staff was friendly and efficient. room was passable, clean towels n sheets. refrigerator was unplugged, took a while to figure that out since it was not working. No directory or phone to front desk which for spending $110 for the night, seemed pricey. place overall inside and outside was old and outdated. large crack at the door opening... kept an eye out for cockroaches, saw a few small ones in the morning. AC and TV worked great. Office hours are limited so be aware. Did not like that there were smokers there either, using their patio with the slider open... thought this was a non-smoking place. I don't think i would stay here again.

Great value, nice staff, passable condition. Nice location just South of downtown Palm Springs. Ample parking. Walkable liquor and food. Very basic accomodations but decent styling. Fit and finish barely holding together, but working shower, sink, mini fridge and microwave. Nice simple pool, some rooms have patios that lead to the pool. Walls are paper thin, downstairs amplifies everything from upstairs. Great crash pad or basic family stay.

The staff was very friendly, loved Olivia! My favorite thing turned out to be the big horn sheep I saw on the hillside from our window!

Motel was shabby although from the outside some colorful paint had made certain parts look good - need to continue to do this. "Carpeting" on outdoor halls was extremely worn and had been removed in some places - should remove it all and replace or paint the cement. Outside stairs were uneven. Room was adequate, if dated, but the bedspread had several stains that hadn't washed out. Pool area did look nice although we didn't use it.

Steve and Olivia (cute bulldog) in the office were great. The facilities are clean but really run down. Steve said they are under new management and they are working on the property. They are, you can see some areas are being upgraded but our room was the original 1980’s. Old comforter, curtains, fixture etc. nothing like the photos advertised on their website. Very misleading. If they continue with the upgrades it could be a cute place and it’s in a great location just a mile from downtown with all the shops and restaurants.

The staff was friendly but that was about the only positive. Our room was in the back building not near the pool, for reference. We arrived and the room was dark with only one small late, dingy, and the window was wide open with no screen. Beds were not comfortable and the bedsheets were dark-colored- who wants dark sheets in a hotel, where it makes it harder to check for bugs? The wifi also did not stay connected in our room. The sink did not drain and the toilet made the flushing noise on and off for quite a long time- we checked the tank and everything seemed to be in order. When we contacted the office about the sink not flowing (we had to go down because he did not pick up the phone), he told us to play around with parts of the sink to see if anything works...we are not plumbers, so we had no clue what was happening. We ended up checking out after around an hour and finding a hotel in a different city... even after an 8 hour drive... because we did not want to deal with whatever was happening in that room and risk bug exposure.

The room was mostly fine. The wifi worked and the shower temp and pressure were OK. It had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Like most of the lower level rooms mine had a sliding glass door. The two little pools looked clean and were being used by guests. My one real complaint was the icky looking shower floor.

The property was really cute, painted and rainbow colors. Our room, however, was old and rundown. Broken furniture, our bed had a post sticking out and my husband hurt his leg on it. The light switches didn’t work behind our bed. our lamps only had one bulb instead of two and the room was too dark. This hotel needs refurbishing. The price was low and I noticed they didn’t change the bedspread in between clients. Gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly. The pool and the hot tub were clean, conveniently located in Palm Springs.

This hotel is a great place if you want to enjoy all that Palm Springs has to offer but not break the bank. We throughly enjoyed the location and the walking score from the hotel. We saw reviews of thin walls. I cannot say I experienced that in any way. It was quiet and the rooms were super clean. You can tell they have been recently updated on the inside. The exterior is a little rundown looking but overall it’s great. The shower head leaks from the base but no big deal. The bed frame squeaked at every movement. Could use a rug under it. I would totally stay here again to save money so we can enjoy the town!
