If we are unavailable, please leave a message; we generally try to respond within an hour. Dog friendly, but additional fees apply. See below. Being about 100 or so yards from the ocean, whether day or night, you get to gaze at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean 7th hole, and the beautiful ocean waves & surf that glimmer beyond it. In our Cinnamon Beach 3rd floor condo, it is truly a breathtaking view to see a wonderful sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, and smell the ocean’s refreshing salt air. Either be an early riser and walk, jog or fish at daybreak, or just grab toast and coffee, and lounge together looking down at the ocean tides just beyond the Par 3 hole on the balcony. The large patio offers a shady escape to sit and read a favorite book, and spend time under the moon’s glow across the sea. Pure Perfection. The almost 1800 square feet in our Cinnamon Beach 334 condo and balcony was designed and decorated with comfort in mind, and is a perfect condo for two couples traveling together or a large family. While hopefully most of your time will be spent outside in sunny Florida, it is wonderful to come back at day’s end and just relax on the large comfortable living room sofa, and watch a movie. The unit has 4 flat screen TV’s with a Roku box in the living room and in each bedroom to watch all your favorite shows, movies and sports. Besides the great Atlantic Beach, there are two pools - one adult oceanside pool (and a hot tub), and one lakeside family/adult pool (along with a kids splash zone playground area) across the way. Before or after sunning, you can workout at the resort’s gym, or challenge the kids to foosball or air hockey in the game room. And it never gets old to walking the nearby trails or miles of semi-private beach and shell searching. Palm Coast is also home to countless golf courses, nature trails and parks, and endless waterways. The full kitchen offers pretty much every cooking supply needed for memorable meals - with counter space for helping hands. While you can eat together at the dining table, it is more more likely you will eat most meals out on the serene ocean view balcony. Just pick up some groceries at nearby Publix, or cook the fish you caught that day. Other nearby shops also promise to satisfy your needs. The dining room or balcony tables are also the perfect place for game nights as well as family meals. There are also great restaurants nearby, including the Cinnamon Beach Grille at the resort, or in Palm Coast, St. Augustine and Flagler Beach. We've provided a washer and dryer, so pack light, so mundane chores will never get in the way of your vacation. Of course linens and bath towels are provided - we even have beach towels for your beach use. The master suite offers real seclusion away from the other bedrooms. Our king bed with sculpted wooden headboard offers a pillow-top mattress - guaranteeing sink-in-and-stay-awhile comfort. If you'd rather sleep in, close the curtains to assure you'll wake late. The master bath provides a large, circular soaking tub with separate shower and vanities - the finishing touch to our bathroom's bright, tropical indulgences. Once time for bed the kids have their own room and TV to watch, and they can fall asleep dreaming of another perfect day. The Queen bedroom promises comfort and room to spare, along with a TV, huge dresser and large closet. An action-packed day might include surfing, snorkeling and an unhurried dinner, or just lounging oceanside on the beach or at the oceanside pool. It is a great mix of semi-private beaches in this gated resort, and lots of activities to keep everyone busy. Marineland is just 10 minutes away where you can learn about, and even swim and play with dolphins. Cinnamon Beach is also located 30 minutes from St Augustine, 20 minutes from Flagler Beach and just over an hour&half to Walt Disney World. State parks are less than 10 minutes away. Things to Know: \-Property is self-catering; only starter supplies provided. \-Pet fee for 1 small dog is $20 per day (Dog must be approved in advance). The location is fantastic, overlooking the golf course, with an ocean view, and it's such an easy walk to the beach. The condo was extremely clean, and Scott was great at communicating. We absolutely love Cinnamon Beach. It's one of my favorite places to vacation. We were there in early August and the beach was not at all crowded. We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach! The condo was great - roomier than I expected. And was stocked with all the kitchen items we could possibly need! We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs close by and found that of all the seafood we had in the area, the Mahi sandwich at the Grill by the pool outdid them all. The condo is spotless!! You would never know the owners allow dogs to stay I loved the beachy decor it really enhanced that vacation feeling. I’ve had back injuries and the mattresses were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on(hoping to find out the brand and model to buy for my home ) The living room sectional is also super comfy and accommodated the whole family to sit together. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances: sandwich press (we used a couple of times), toaster and toaster oven, crockpot (was excited they had one as I use a lot at home but didn’t use it once). We ate out a lot more than usual. We were thrilled to find restaurants close by that had gluten free menus. If you need to eat gluten free check out Bartlett’s or Captain’s BBQ. Also, easy to get delivery: we used delivery from Walmart, Publix, and Amazon. The hosts were amazing! Great communication and very accommodating!! We would definitely stay again!!! Cinnamon Beach is a Wonderful place to vacation with our special needs son! Everyone was friendly and the pools weren’t overly crowded or noisy. It was exceptionally clean. The view from the condo is beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with all you might need. We really enjoyed the ocean, it was so clear and calm our first day, it was great. We also enjoyed relaxing in the pools. We brought our bicycles, so we enjoyed riding through the neighborhood as well. The Publix right down the road is so convenient. We really enjoyed our time at Cinnamon Beach! ##### Todd and Kim S. Place had everything we needed and very clean. Loved sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee and watching the ocean. He is very kind, welcoming and informative. The condo is beautifully appointed and well stocked. It has beautiful views and is a short walk to the pools. Wonderful experience from start to finish! Scott and Paula are gracious and responsive hosts. The condo is exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and fully outfitted with everything you would want/need during a beach vacation. The building is right off the beach in a safe, family-oriented, gated community. Less than a minute walk to the beach, which is clean, quiet, and dog-friendly. Great vacation if you want to relax, decompress, cook at home, or go out for fresh seafood. We had a wonderful trip and would book Scott and Paula's condo again in a heartbeat!! ##### Julie Z. My family and I had such a nice time visiting Cinnamon Beach! This is our 3rd time staying in the Cinnamon Beach condos and our first time in this particular condo. This condo was SOOOOOO clean and SOOOOOO well stocked! From the beach chairs and umbrellas, to the fully stocked kitchen with quality kitchen items, we could not have asked for more. Also, the owners of the condo, Steve and Paula, were extremely welcoming, communicative, and provided us with tons of information. Beautiful golf and ocean view! The property was perfect for our family. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. Very relaxing and we had an overall great experience from self check-in to check out. Just make sure you know where the rocks are in the ocean and you won't have a problem. We loved our stay at Cinnamon Sunshine and highly recommend this rental. The property is VERY clean and well-kept. There is ample room to feel comfortable, and it has all of the necessary items for a relaxing stay, plus some extras! It was wonderful to be able to use the wagon, ice chest, beach chairs, toys, beach towels, etc. for trips to the beach. It is just a short walk (parking lot) away from the sand, so beach access is easy. The neighborhood pools and splash pad are a huge plus. While it is a bit further to the club area, it is a peaceful walk. The view of the golf course from both the living room and master bedroom is lovely, and there is a decent view of the ocean as well. The property owners are fantastic to work with and very communicative. You can tell they take great pride in their home and truly want renters to be happy! We had zero issues the entire week and would definitely rent this location (or the other home these owners list) again! As a bonus, this house is not too far from Marineland where we experienced the dolphins as well as Washington Oaks Gardens State Park where we took beautiful family photos! Book this rental now.
