Responsive host, great pool area, clean… The layout of the house with the great outdoor kitchen (grill and mini fridge) was perfect. Our kids wanted to swim in the pool at all hours of the day, including before breakfast! There is a great small neighborhood loop that the house is on that was great for walks, biking, rollerblading for our young family. There were so many things to do on the area and this location was easy to access them all. Inside was very clean and comfortable. Master bedroom had a huge bed that was very comfortable with its own bathroom. Nothing overly fancy, but there were nice details that made a great impression. The condition of the property was so bad that after noticing it, and without even unpacking, we returned home. The reality that awaited us was far from the photos and benefits advertised: from the dirt on the couches, mold in the toilet, mosquito backyard nets torn and "repaired" with zips, broken games, lamps without light bulbs, towels thrown outside the property, a fridge that wouldn't open unless it was pulled away from the wall, etc., etc. This was compounded by the terrible service from the property manager.
