  • Discover this enchanting 3-bedroom gem in Palm Bay. This welcoming house features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, perfect for a cozy stay. With 1.5 bathrooms, including a bathtub, guests can relax and refresh after a day of exploring. The living room with a sofa bed offers additional space for lounging. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

    The property has been remodeled just before listing it here. It consist of three rooms and one and half bath. The living room is nice and bright with plenty of sitting area, 65'' Smart TV, a pull out sofa bed with sealy mattress extra pillow in room 3. Dining area with pub style sitting for 4. Kitchen is loaded with most items needed to prep a meal on the go.
    Room 1 has a king bed with a nice soft memory mattress, smart TV with access to the full bath. Room 2 has a queen size bed with a very comfortable mattress, smart TV and a sitting chair. Room 3 has a twin bed, also with a nice mattress, a working desk for drafting, reading or work and access to backyard. The sliding door from the kitchen leads to the private backyard, completely fenced for full privacy with an outdoor picnic table for relaxed outdoor dining or evening drinks.
    A second half bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, along with an extra open closet which has extras items if needed and also offer access to the full bath for showers and tub relaxation.
