"Spotlessly clean room and very comfortable, we stayed in one of the Deluxe Double rooms with a balcony and it was perfect. The owner was really helpful giving us a map and marking interesting things on it for us, the hotel itself is ideally situated within walking distance of much of the old town. We will defintely return there"

I love this location - close to the trendy spots but away at the same time. The staff are beyond amazing and friendly and helpful and the hotel is an oasis in a busy city- pool most welcome on hot days too. And the breakfast and roof deck are lovely. I will stay here again the next time I am in Palermo

We stayed here for one fabulous week in Aug 2020; Marco was an outstanding host. He was extremely helpful, easy going and very chatty. He gave us plenty of local info and advice. Thank you for the excellent tip for the best ice cream bar ever :-)
We highly recommend this area and Marco's apartments.
Special thanks also goes to the lady who insured our apartment was well stocked and always super clean.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Our room looked out over the water and marina with Palermo in the background. Such a peaceful setting to enjoy your breakfast in the morning.

A fabulous place to stay right in the centre of town. Filippo was a great host and made sure everything was right for us during our 2 night stay.
Highly recommended!
We got a from the airport but got the train back which was inexpensive but slightly longer than the taxi! The property was an easy flat, pedestrianised walk away - around 20 mins.

We only had one night at the hotel but Marco, the owner, could not do enough to make us feel welcome. He is obviously very proud of his business and of Palermo itself and ensured that we had everything we needed. The property is on a pedestrianised street and is a perfect location for walking the streets and sights of Palermo. On leaving we had unknowingly left some of our property in the room but Marco quickly phoned to say that he had found it. Overall an excellent service.

Emanuele was a very friendly and helpful host - he helped me with parking (tip, don’t hire a car in Palermo!) and even presented us with birthday cake for my wife’s birthday- nice touch!

A beautiful building in a great location. Toms were a big on the small side but for a short stay they were more than adequate. Breakfast was a small but tasty selection of breads and pastries with piping hot tea and coffee. I’d definitely stay here again if back in Palermo. The only thing missing in the room was a couple more sockets.

Stayed for weekend break. Very well located opposite the Theatro Massimo and convenient for old and new parts of city. We arrived late at night and the hotel organised a car (40 euros) from the airport. Being so late, this was well worth it, but took the bus back to airport from nearby Politeama Square. Note that the hotel is up a flight of steps so might not suit if you are infirm. The street outside is now pedestrianised so you can easily walk to the main sites.

Hotel was easy to find from the train station connecting to the airport, in a very good location next a beautiful park and convenient for a walk into town.

We spent two weeks at the Centrale Palace over Christmas and New Year. It was like living in a palazzo as guests of the family! All of the public areas of the hotel are beautiful - filled with chandeliers and antique furniture. Breakfast was comprehensive and the buffet contained plenty of choice including some Sicilian specialities. Everyone on reception was extremely helpful and the rooms kept spotless. We attended the 'gala dinner' at the rooftop restaurant on New Year's Eve. It was...

The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. We had a basic room which was still a decent size with an en suite shower room. The bed was good. Reception and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is just a block from Politeama (named for Theatre Politeama rather than that actual piazzas), which with neighbouring piazza Sturzo is one of the main centres for both AMAT city buses (Mondello, Central Station, Norman Palace etc) and intercity coaches to/from the west (Airport,...

Elegant vestibule where guests were welcomed. Modern rooms. Everything clean & sparkling. Very personal but unintrusive service. Offer shuttle to and from the airport - great option when travelling on a Sunday. Came & went as we pleased - property was very secure. Wonderful cakes, freshly-baked on the premises, would often be waiting for us after a day out. Balcony good for absorbing community life - neighbours hanging out washing and chatting to each other across the street. Close to waterfront...
