Awesome secluded spot in the jungle. Walking distance to the National Park with a nice trail. Rooms were rustic but very cool. Nice ambiance surrounding the entire place with a great layout and nice pool. The restaurant on site was great too.

It's a pretty basic hotel. Excellent location, in the rainforest and pretty close to the archeological site. I'd give a better review but smoking is allowed in the property. The smoke goes through the screen of the open windows. If you don't smoke, you can have pretty close smokers and noisy, neighbors. The staff left hand soap bar only once during our stay.

We booked our stay here based entirely on the photographs posted on their website and booking platforms. I expected the bright, spacious, and modern room shown—a clean, contemporary sanctuary. What I received was an object lesson in false advertising. ​The room we were assigned was, charitably, a cramped utility closet masquerading as a guest room. The promotional photos must have been taken using a panoramic lens and professional lighting tricks in a completely different wing of the building, if not a different decade. ​ ​This isn't a case of a slightly misleading photo; this is a deliberate deception. I felt tricked and disappointed from the moment I opened the door. If you are booking this hotel, be warned: the room you see online is not the room you will be staying in. Pay extra for a hotel that shows you what you're actually paying for. And ultimately the compensation they deemed "more then sufficient" was a meager lunch box.

Lovely rustic property in beautiful jungle surroundings. The towels could be refreshed as old. The staff professional and very helpful. The pool needs to be cleaned more opten as cloudy and not smelling clean. Everyone vwry friendly, breakfasts good. Nice common kitchen but coffee maker would be nice. Iron things waste of space as no one uses in jungle. Really appreciated the house cleaning every day. The fan and air conditioning very good. Hammock very nice.

The garden and surrounding at the property is beautiful but the cabin was really dirty and old. It looks like the owner has not changed or buy anything for many many years. Also when I booked, I asked for 2 bedrooms and got a 3 bedroom cabin and we didn’t know we have to share one.

I dont like that they restrict the guests from enjoying a drink in their own balcony. They charge for enjoying your own drink while you enjoy the view. One has to be confined in their little room with no tables inside. Why bother then staying in beautiful forest if you cannot enjoy it? The cabins are ok, but uncomfortable for socializing inside.

Es un lugar precioso , que está entre las ruinas y la CD DE Palenque dentro d ela Selva , lo suficientemente cerca d e ambas cosas para tener lo que necesitas y contacto con la naturaleza , muy limpio y execelente servicio .
