Boden und Küche war etwas verdreckt, Außenbeleuchtung und Pool waren dreckig, nach Beschwerde wurde nachgebessert. Raumaufteilung: sehr schön, nur Küche etwas klein. Möbel: zweckmäßig aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß! Sie ging viel zu schnell und dabei wurde einiges vergessen. Außenanlagen insgesamt unsauber. Aussenmobiliar alt und defekt und Sonnenliegen nicht in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden . Auflagen für Liegen völlig zerschlissen und mürbe. Eine Zumutung!!! Der Pool wurde nur in der 1\. Woche gereinigt. 3\. Schlafzimmer im Keller roch modrig und feucht. Wohnen kann da niemand! Die Betten sehr spartanisch! Im 2\. Schlafzimmer ein viel zu kleiner Kleiderschrank.
