Private: property 95 m2 with lawn. 150 m long steep, narrow motor access. 30 m footpath to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "di Nelson" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Please note: car recommended.
    "Nicoletta", 3-room terraced house 55 m2. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Confortable house, well situated, amazing views. Everything was perfect from the first day.

Great location

The accomodation has lovely outdoor space with great views and always a pleasant breeze. It’s a short walk of about 10 minutes to beaches which is downhill so uphill on the way back, we liked the exercise but it may be too much for all some people. Inside the home is basic and could benefit from some upgrades including a new kitchen however, we were comfortable and everything was functional.

Ziet er op de foto’s beter uit als in het echt, hier moet echt wat aan gebeuren, matig onderhouden, rommelig, bij dichttrekken buitendeur brak er een handvat af, communicatie verloopt of via de eigenaar die in Engeland zit via Whatsapp of via een Italiaanse mevrouw die alleen Italiaans spreekt. Uitzicht en bereikbaarheid van de omgeving is echter wel prima. Na eerdere huizen via VRBO te hebben gehuurd was dit wel een tegenvaller. Nogmaals de locatie is wel erg goed!!

Nie wieder

„Ungepflegt, lieblos, traurig, schlechter Zustand, nicht wie Bilder und Beschreibung vermuten lassen. Nie wieder! Es stinkt unerträglich aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit, hauptsächlich in der Küche, aber sonst auch in allen Räumen. Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Unbenutzbare Utensilien. Alles muß vor Nutzung abgewaschen bzw sogar aufgekocht werden. Abwaschen nur in der Salatschleuder, weil Spüle ohne Stöpsel. Abwaschschüssel sichtbar benutzt für den Syphon, zu ekelig. Warmes Wasser gibt es in der Küche n

Schöne Lage, funktionell gut

Garten kleiner als wie auf den Bildern, Küchenutensilien in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit mäßig gut, kein WLAN. Sehr nette Verwaltung und WhatsApp up Kontakt ständig verfügbar. Tagsüber auf dem Balkon Schnaken. Grill Sehr gut.....ab 20.30 mit Schnakenabwehr. Trotz aller Kritik Preis Leistung für Sardinien in dieser Region jederzeit wieder.

Huis viel tegen, tuin en uitzicht waren mooi.

Sleutelhouder sprak geen woord Engels. Reageerde niet op appbericht over vertraging. Wel gelezen, maar kende geen Engels. Was niet op afgesproken tijdstip op sleuteladres. Had geen goede beschrijving om bij woning te komen. Uiteindelijk met haar auto vooruitgereden (5km). Geen factuuroverzicht wat betaald moest worden. Huis rook muf. Wifi ww kon ze moeilijk vinden. Vriezer was heel dik aangezet met ijs bij aankomst. Servies een allegaartje. Doucheputje liep zeerslecht Gelukkig waren er horren.

Nett, mit schöner Aussicht

Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung und Grösse der Unterkunft sind in Ordnung aber nicht beeindruckend. Dass nichteinmal Deckenventilatoren oder ähnliches in den Zimmern existieren fiel bei uns Wetterbedingt zum Glück nicht ins Gewicht. Die Terrasse und beschattete Fläche sind schon eher klein. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch schön und der kleine Strand zu Fuss in 700m ererichbar. Tatsächlich ägerlich waren für uns wie für die Kinder die steinharten Matratzen. Alles recht klein.

Vista mare fantastica

Villetta con giardino molto carina. Accogliente e con arredamento funzionale. Con due camere da letto, soggiorno open space e cucina, un bagno. Il giardino è di circa 90 - 100 metri quadri, ben tenuto e circondato da una bellissima siepe di Lantana. La vista sul mare è stupenda ed è di fronte all'isola di La Maddalena. La villetta al suo interno non è molto spaziosa ma è perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone, una o due coppie o un gruppo di 4 amici. Zona tranquilla.
