Extra da pagare sul posto: biancheria da letto e da bagno euro 25,00 a persona L'appartamento si affaccia sulla bellissima Baia di Porto Pollo ed è comodamente raggiungibile attraverso i vialetti del caratteristico residence in stile gallurese adatto sia a famiglie o coppie per la tranquillità del posto ma anche a gruppi di amici per la vicinanza alla spiaggia animata la sera con musica per la clientela più giovane. L'appartamento può ospitare al massimo 4 adulti + 1 bambino L'appartamento situato al primo ed ultimo piano con esposizione su ogni lato non confina con nessun altro appartamento, e per questo risulta molto comodo e riservato, si presenta così: ingresso indipendente nel luminoso soggiorno, cucina, 2 camere da letto, bagno e terrazzo esterno coperto. Il soggiorno molto luminoso è dotato di divano letto matrimoniale, aria condizionata, mobile tv, tavolo da pranzo e moderna cucina dotata di ogni confort compresa la lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina del caffè, bollitore.. La prima ampia camera matrimoniale è composta da un letto matrimoniale, 2 comodini, un armadio a 2 ante. La seconda ampia camera è composta da due letti singoli, 2 comodini e armadio a 3 ante e può essere utilizzata per accogliere sia 2 bambini, una coppia o amici. Il bagno appena ristrutturato con i colori tipici della Sardegna e con materiali naturali si presenta luminoso e funzionale. La terrazza con loggia attrezzata con tavolo e sedie permette di pranzare o cenare all'aperto o di sfruttare questo spazio durante la giornata per il relax. Infine l'appartamento dispone di un posto auto non assegnato, ma senza nessuna difficoltà a trovare posteggio, in quanto il residence dispone di numerosi posti auto.
