The host immediately provided us with new towels and bed sheets that where not stained. "The hotel is very well situated in a quiet area of Palau and the sea view balcony rooms have an incredible view out over the marina and beyond. The room was nice, a shame that the door did not line up to see the view out. The air conditioning and bathroom were great, but there are no tea/coffee making facilities and the bed was not overly comfortable. Over a 4 night stay, there were 2 significant power cuts in the area, one of which went on for a few hours and made the room uncomfortable. The WiFi was absolutely awful throughout the entire stay."
