The apartment is laid out as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with a peninsula for dining, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, electric toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, ice maker, wine cooler, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, and TV;

- BEDROOM 2 with a double bed and a wardrobe;

- BEDROOM 3 with a double bed, a single bed (accessed via a small ladder), and a small closet;

- BATHROOM 1 with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- BATHROOM 2 with shower stall, sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine;

- VERANDA (accessible from the living room and kitchen) with a dining table, armchairs, an outdoor sofa, and sun loungers;

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
