"Had a wonderful stay at the La vecchia Fonte. Roberto on front desk was very helpful
Hotel is in a great location
The only down side is the breakfast. It was very light with extremely poor choices. There was no fresh fruit but there was plenty of flies around. "
"Giovanni was very hospitable and kind. They did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room is like a small apartment and it is located within walking distance to a beach and a bar overlooking the Mediterranean. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay at Resort Le Saline . We were only in Palau for 2 days at the end of September so we didn’t get to take advantage of all of the amenities but we’d definitely select this place again. The villas were clean and comfortable, the kitchens had the basic necessities for cooking/ eating in (plates, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator etc) and there is a washing machine to do laundry if needed. The outdoor space surrounding the villa is also quite large with beautiful view of the water in the distance. Maddalena at reception was incredibly friendly and warm and shared a number of suggestions for the area. The on-site Mali bar was a great place to grab a cappuccino and breakfast before heading out for the day. It’s about a 7- 10 minute drive to downtown Palau where you’ll find many restaurants and shops. Overall, we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. "
"Great location for Palau harbour and we could walk there easily and felt safe. Property is a little old fashioned, but clean. Breakfast was a bit basic but overall for the value for money it was ok. We were given a semi basement room which smelt musty and i asked to be moved which we were to an upper room that was much nicer, but ti is very old fashioned."
"Big and comfortable room, big bathroom, wardrobe,, big mirror, fridge, AC. Only the hairdryer was not good but they lent me a good one. Breakfast very good (fruits, eggs, yogurt, breads, croissants, cakes, cereal, etc). The hotel is very near to restaurants and ferry boat. You can go walking 5 min or so. Also is a good alternative to go to La Madalena spend a day. Also It’s 30-40 min by car to Olbia. Many boat tours towards La Madalena start in Palau. So could be a good choice stay in Palau and get the ferry or tour to Madalena. Thomazzo and Ciara who work at the reception are very kind. I had a good time and highly recommend."
