"Stunning views, but that’s what you’re paying for. To be honest the place has great potential but it’s super worn down and not taken care of. Maybe it’s because we visited during off season but the furniture/couches outside were both dirty and broken, the rooms were ok clean, but low standard with things breaking and iffy heating. You will struggle if you don’t speak Italian as the personell barely speak English. It’s not 24/7 reception so we had issues at 01 am with people from the camping...

"La camera spaziosa, è un agriturismo con tutti i comfort necessari e l’acqua sempre disponibile anche gassata. Ha una piscina stupenda sempre pulita a 5 metri di distanza, è possibile portare il proprio animale e vederli giocare in quel verde così ampio è stupendo. Tutto il personale è stato disponibile e gentile, sono giovani ma si impegnano tutti. È stata una esperienza fantastica, il luogo immerso nel verde e con gli animali sembra un paradiso. "We had a great stay at the Una T-hotel. From check in, Alberto on the front desk was fantastic, knowledgeable and really helpful. He had lots of suggestions of where to eat in Cagliari and gorgeous beaches on the west coast. Roberta at breakfast was excellent, it’s was horrendously busy but she was calm and very welcoming. Valerie, in the outside bar was also excellent. Cleaning staff were brilliant also. This is our 5th stay and we’ll be coming back, hopefully."

"The hotel is Ok , but I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. The service was not 5 star as several times the first answer was always NO , until a second person from the staff heard what was happening and came “for the rescue”. The furniture needs renovation, the sofas in the rooms and lobby look really old , the bed covers look extremely old and have to be changed, they give a really first bad impression the first time you enter the room. The breakfast is Ok but no so special for a 5 star hotel. The location is not bad , 15-20 minutes walk to the historic center where most of the life is . There are no many hotel options in Alghero but this is no reason for a “5 star” hotel not to excel."

"It is a beautiful property. In general staff was friendly, amazing at the reception. I have to say that the staff at the buffet, specifically the managers are not the nicest. They are like police officers… We had a breakfast only bracelet, and the only night we decided to try their buffet for supper, we asked if we could go check the food before making a decision. They agreed, but we were “intercepted” twice while looking, and asked if we had a ticket. I understand that there can be people who abuse, but in such a nice hotel, it doesn’t seem to match the ambiance… We decided to book an excursion with the hotel to Bonifacio, Corsica. It was a nice one, but I have to say that the ‘lunch” part of the excursion was a total waste of precious time to visit, and I say this because the food at the restaurant was not good! I would prefer eating a sandwich and having more time to visit. Our guide Sara was delightful! We loved our stay!"
