The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, and flat-screen TV;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and a closet;

- BEDROOM II with bunk beds, closet, desk, and fan;

- BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY with a small table and chairs;

- PATIO.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: private outdoor parking space (also suitable for SUVs), unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the master bedroom and living room), cot available upon request subject to availability, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and clothesline.

Waste Management (mandatory)

During their stay, guests must dispose of trash daily, sorting it by type and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated on the calendar.

There are no trash bins or recycling stations in the city, but door-to-door collection is provided; therefore, only small amounts of pre-sorted waste may be kept inside the house.

Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of 150.00 euros being charged to the guest.



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax, as required by the municipality of Palau.

This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Olbia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorised use of extra linens, you will be charged €20 for each set of linens used.
