The food was delicious and healthy. The view of the stars at night was breathtaking. The option to dress in traditional cloths and have a reed boat ride on the lake at sunset was unforgettable. This was my favorite part of our Peru trip, and I wish we had the opportunity to stay even longer. "

Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. "Our stay at the Sonesta Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They may need to be reminded of any ask twice, but they are really good people. The location is breathtaking. Waking up to panoramic views of Lake Titicaca from our room was an experience I’ll never forget. The room itself was spotless, beautifully appointed, and cozy. And there were alpacas and guinea pigs at the courtyard. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant, which offered a mix of local and Italian cuisine. The hotel’s grounds are immaculate, with peaceful gazebos and a firepit to enjoy the sunset. You can also arrange tours to Uros and Taquile Islands by boat - right from the hotel beach. Oh, they have oxygen in the hotel, too! Stunning, thoughtful and relaxing."
