"There are not enough adequate words to describe our incredible stay at Las Casas!! we were a group of parents, traveling to Cuernavaca for the first time. None of us were familiar with the area… HOWEVER, Las Casas went above and beyond to make sure we had outstanding drivers too and from the airport. Rest assured, we were delivered safely. The hotel is incredibly charming and quiet. The staff knocked our socks off! They took beautiful care of us the entire week we were there. If we needed something, they didn’t hesitate to fill that need. Every member of the staff was friendly and caring. Our rooms were kept beautifully clean each day as were the grounds of our hotel. The on-site restaurant delivered meals we could only dream about. Breakfast, lunch and dinner."
