Very clean loft, good shower, comfy bed. Road noise not a factor. Would not stay here if I had a car as I saw a broken car window twice in 3 nights right in front of building. The building has a locked gate so the building felt safe.

I had a poor experience with this reservation. The address listed on Expedia was incorrect, which made locating the property frustrating and time-consuming. The surrounding neighborhood didn’t feel safe—especially when leaving a vehicle—and to make things worse, there was no parking lot available (WHICH IS STATED ON THE RESERVATION BE CAUTIOUS AND READ ALL DETAILS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.) During my conversation with the representative of Expedia, I offered to share my live location or even connect via video call to verify the discrepancy in the address. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed, and no meaningful assistance was provided. As a result, I was left without a safe place to stay and lost the money I had paid for the reservation. Ultimately, I left and lost my money rather than risk staying there. This was not at all what the listing advertised. I book through Expedia often, but this listing should be removed—it reflects poorly on the platform and poses a potential liability. The customer service associated with the lofts was also extremely unhelpful. They did not resolve the situation and showed little regard for the guest experience. I strongly advise caution before booking here.
