From start to finish, we simply had the best time ever. What amazing, happy and helpful staff, absolutely nothing was a problem. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and hopefully we will return one day.

Gorgeous hotel, very homely and the staff were always very helpful. Fab room! Would definitely return.

Good location, quiet. Good dinner provided for reasonable price and easy to book. Friendly staff.

Amazing stay with our 2 y.o. who loved the playground of the hotel. Nice dinner too, we would come back

Great hotel! The views are unreal, the staff are lovely and helpful, the food is fabulous and great value, the spa is nice.

Great hospitality with all the facilities for a family. The kids loved the view from the room

Fantastic all round. Will be back thank you.

Breakfast is good, dinner is beautiful. Transfer to the ski lift is free of charge. Transfer is possible any day and anytime you need. Every evening the owner of hotel is greeting the guests and interesting about their staying.

The friendliest and most helpful staff you will ever meet. Both spas were great. Location great. Rooms nice.

The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. Nice and cozy wellness spa area, very good continental breakfast and restaurant. The only little thing is the hairdryer in the rooms which is a bit old so it takes some time above all for women to dry hair. Overall,...

Her excellent English was a huge help, as I couldn't communicate in Italian, and she made our check-in completely seamless. The hotel is perfectly located: it's close to many great restaurants, a gelateria, a shopping area, a Coop market, and it's just a five-minute walk to Lago di Garda. Our room was spotless, featuring a wonderfully comfy bed and an...

Beautiful room with beautiful views! The room had everything we wanted for a short Italian get away with the private hot tub and sauna. Staff were so lovely and approachable, breakfast was amazing. The only downside was that the TV wouldn’t connect to our phones, and the area itself is difficult to find food if you’re looking to eat after 2pm as everything is closed for a few hours.

5 star hotel with amazing rooms and facilities. The transport to the ski lifts was a needed bonus

Excellent staff always on the spot and happy to help. The transport offered it is a great advantage, dropping to the required ski-lift everyday. The food quality and service was outstanding, Italian tradition maintained at higher standard including perfectly run restaurant hall. First time skiing there, slopes are slightly easier than other dolomites places and strongly recommend to buy ski pass on line. Looking forward to try summer and mountain bikes. The day I left the owner give me an...
