Staff everywhere were nonchalant and preoccupied. Food at restaurants was terrible. Location was far from most destinatioms so I used Grab taxis everywhere (relatively cheap plus foreign transaction fees on each fare) because of that. Hotel itself was spacious and clean. The warm cookies at the front desk made my day.

I stayed here last night and really enjoyed the experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for relaxing and getting away from the busy city. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Need hand towels. If you have international guests, this is the normal for us. Breakfast was nice. Room cleaned was good. Got a late check out. Picked up from airport. Gym is decent. Could do with few more weight and cardio machines. There is space. Been a good stay. Thank you
