Almost perfect!
Fantastic location--not really even that tiny--clean and comfy and great alternative to a hotel room. Only real issue was the the smell of cigarette smoke. It wasn't overwhelming--but you definitely noticed it each time we walked in. Also--would be great to have a small desk and chair--someplace to sit and work on your laptop. And a mat to wipe your feet on when you come in would be helpful. But those are just nitpicks. If they can mitigate the smoke smell, we would definitely stay there again.

We are sorry about the "smoke" smell. We investigated immediately but we - along with subsequent guests - have been unable to replicate your experience. All our homes and premises are designated non-smoking and we have alerted our housekeepers to let us know should they ever come across this issue.

Lovely Stay
We really enjoyed this lovely “Tiny House.” Very clean, well appointed and cozy. The bed was super comfy! Close to the ocean a nice walk up the trail to the Old Fisherman’s Wharf and Cannery Row.

A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION
It was just as advertised, small, but well furnished house with all the comforts of home in a tiny space. There was a little mixup with the code, however, it was straightened out in a few minutes and all was well. Kitchen was nicely furnished for us and included a tea kettle which was most convenient. Towels were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable. On the whole it was a success for us.

Wonderful location and cute house
We had a very comfortable 4 night stay here. Easy walk along the beach to visit the Aquarium. Super quick walk to some great restaurants in Pacific grove.

Wonderful Property

159 Pacific in Pacific Grove
This was perfect for a couple. We arrived at the tail end of 3 weeks of atmospheric river; house and Pacific Grove all fine. Location is walking distance to town and Monterey Bay. Driving is easy to Monterey or Carmel. Biking through 17-mile drive was an easy pedal from house. Cottage had everything we needed. It was nice to have ongoing communication with Kyle the weekend we were driving to the peninsula given all the rain filling Salinas river. Great stay and would spend another week in the future.

Homebase for baseball tourney
We needed a central location w a washer and dryer for a 50+ baseball tourney. This property was perfect for the 2 of us. One parking place was all we needed. We brought our smaller SUV (Explorer) since description clearly stated the space was on the smalller side. Our car fit perfectly. This tiny home felt larger than we expected. Clean and adequately supplied w everything we needed. We will be back!

A Tiny House is Charming!
I had a delightful experience staying at A Tiny House. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the gorgeous coastline. I will definitely be going back there, it felt like home. It had everything I needed.

Quiet Little Getaway
The tiny house was perfect for my little solo getaway. The location was within walking distance of many wonderful shops, restaurants and the library. The neighborhood was quiet and I was able to park right in front every time I came/went. Would happily stay again!

The tiny house was perfect for the 2 of us. Very clean, everything we needed for a cozy weeklong stay. Walkability factor of 10. We've been coming to PG for years and this was the best location so far. Easy access to everything you want. The house is old so don't expect luxuries. Bed was very comfortable as was other furniture. Washer/Dryer was great to have. We hope to stay here again!

We stayed recently at the Tiny House for 14 days. The location is a couple of blocks from Lovers Point and very close to town. The house is roomier than expected. Perfect for two people. Appreciate the kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfy bed. We would stay here again.

Adorable Cottage
This is just a darling place. It was VERY clean, good location and had almost everything you would need. My only suggestion would be to have a heavier covering on the front door. You can see right through the shear in the evening. This is definitely a place where I will return!!

it is just as advertised. it is a small house but perfect for the two of us. Location is AWESOME. We walked everywhere, to the beach, to the restaurant downtown, to the farmers market, to cannery row. it was a great place.

Our Stay at the Little House
Great location in Pacific Grove, CA.. Close to Lovers Point, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house was great! Perfect for 2 people. Bed was super comfortable. Electricity went out both mornings of our stay even though the weather was pleasant. Kind of put a damper on our morning cups of coffee- it didn’t stay off long though. As far as what could be supplied in the house itself? I would recommend a Roll of paper towels be provided to guests (in the kitchen area) to help clean up spills, etc. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Thank You!

So sorry about that power outage - we were all affected (but no coffee is no fun!). Paper towels are on our list of required items, so it was an oversight on the cleaner's part. We would have been happy to deliver some had you called our 24-hour maintenance line.

This really is a cute little house. Everything we need is here and within walking distance. The only challenge found were the pillows. Flat and hard. I usually bring my own pillows but forgot them this time. This place was easy peezy and sparkling clean.

It was more spacious than I expected since it was titled A Tiny House. Very quiet neighborhood, excellent location for restaurants and shoreline walks. The only improvement would be a king size bed instead of queen, and a couple more blankets. We will return with our bikes.

The Perfect Location!
We've visited the Monterey Peninsula many times, and stayed in hotels, B&Bs, resorts and private homes. Though all of them have been good, the location of this one is pretty much perfection. Pacific Grove is situated between Monterey and Pebble Beach/Carmel. So it's easy to get anywhere from there. The tiny house is the perfect size for two people. We liked it better than a hotel because of the living room and kitchen. It was so nice to be able to make ourselves breakfast there before heading out for long days exploring. And it is only 2 blocks to Lovers Point, the beach, the rec trail, and downtown PG. We walked and rode our rented bikes everywhere. Absolutely LOVED staying here!!! Cannot say enough about it.
