There was also a jacuzzi on the balcony which we weren’t sure was included with all bookings but we were super happy to have it. The pools are very clean and maintained well - lots of employees walking around cleaning and checking for cleanliness. All the people working there were friendly and really helpful and happy. We tipped about 20 MXN to employees there. The pools were so relaxing and I honestly have a hard time saying anything negative. We’ll definitely be coming back. I also heard that management switched recently so older reviews may be reflecting the old management? Overall, super impressed."
