This convenient location in Shorepine Village is an easy walk through dedicated walking paths to the closest beach. It's also very near the fun of the pubs, restaurants and shopping at Cape Kiwanda. The layout is inviting with 3 spacious bedrooms, a loft area, and a cozy open greatroom with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is well-stocked. There is a small outside back yard that is fenced. Garage is available for parking and storage. Two miles of paved walking paths interweave through the Village, which is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR's for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area. SHOREPINE VILLAGE DOES NOT ALLOW ANY OPEN FLAME FIREPITS, WOOD OR PROPANE. BBQ'S ARE PERMITTED. About Us Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Cancellation Policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply). Occupancy Note: Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. It's a busy road and the house sits on it. Our grand daughter who is five loved the loft, said it was her "own" room. :) The three bathrooms came in handy too. The beds were great. We liked the location close to everything in town and the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking ourselves.
