Location in a gated community and less than 200 meters from the beach access just south of main day use area. Comfortable, spacious, light, and clean, and had great kitchen facilities, laundry, grill, and hot tub to meet all needs. 1/2 mile walk to Pelican Pub, Stimulus coffee house, and market so barely drove our entire trip. Communication with the host was great. The unit was very clean, awesome location, and we all had a fun time. My only gripes are the kitchen ware is subpar. This goes for all VRBO stays and other rentals we’ve done. All kitchens are set up with the “bare minimum.” I understand most people go out to eat on vacations, but janky cookware and lack of basics such as salt and pepper get old. The other issue we had is that the listing showed pictures of surf and skimboards, but were not available. This was one thing that we were stoked about, but didn’t get.
