MCA #1542 The Space: Welcome to The Lookout! Plan a quaint coastal getaway in this three-bedroom Manzanita vacation home with dog-friendly accommodations. Gather your family to discover the charming village of Manzanita and all it offers while staying at The Lookout. This home is an easy walk to the beach and town. Fly kites, rent sand bikes, or bring your kite board and go kite surfing. Look for outdoor treasures, or relax on the sofa with a good book. Downtown is just a short walk away, offering fine dining and shopping options galore. This home has a bright and sunny feel with beautiful wood floors and lots of light! The reverse open floor plan and large windows create a spacious vibe, and the living room is relaxed and inviting. Stretch out on the comfortable couch, watch the flat-screen cable TV with a DVD player, or get cozy near the gas-burning fireplace. The kitchen is perfect for preparing a delectable meal, with stainless steel appliances and ample cupboard/counter space! There's room for up to eight people at the dining table and seating for two at the kitchen bar to share a delectable meal. Step outside onto the deck and soak up a view of the ocean while you BBQ on the gas grill. This home features three good sized bedrooms. The first-floor bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and an Xbox game system. One bedroom upstairs has a queen bed next to a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The primary bedroom has a king bed with access to the deck facing the ocean. The impressive primary bathroom has a full shower and a luxurious jetted tub. The garage even offers a ping pong table and a dart board. Bring out the beverages and put them into the mini-fridge. There are 4 bikes for guest use (not to be used on the beach), a couple of beach chairs, and some sand toys. There are many things to do near this lovely house. With the beautiful Pacific Ocean at your fingertips, you could spend your whole day basking in the sun or enjoying the surf. Rent a standup paddle board or kayak to ride the waves, or plan a hiking trek up Neahkahnie Mountain, offering magnificent views of Nehalem Bay! Getting Around: If you\`re staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car, but if you are wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita. Interaction with Guests: We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.
