Located within the quiet, gated neighborhood of Kiwanda Shores, this home offers a peaceful, private setting with easy beach access and front-row coastal views. Ocean vistas abound from the sunny great room and the primary bedroom, where you can wake to the sound of waves and watch the light change across the water. Step outside to the spacious back deck—perfect for unforgettable sunsets, dramatic storm-watching, or quick surf checks throughout the day. Garage access provides convenient storage for beach toys and outdoor gear, making it easy to enjoy everything the coast has to offer. With three comfortable bedrooms and two full baths, At Last is an inviting and well-appointed home base for relaxing beach days, coastal adventures, and memorable stays by the sea. Features. During winter storms the sand can quickly drift and accumulate around the property sometimes affecting the ocean view. Although we make every effort to remove the sand and preserve the view prior to your stay, the winter weather makes this difficult to predict and views may not be guaranteed. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes. My grandson loved digging and playing in the sand dune outside. The view was amazing! Plenty of room for family to hang out and be comfortable. Communication was easy, with the management team checking in throughout our stay if we needed anything. The only thing they could not provide for us was for the rainy weather on the first 2 days to stop!! The beds were comfortable. The fireplace was perfect for those rainy days. Ours was blessed with beautirful weather. We've stayed at "At Last #112" before and it continued to meet our needs. One complaint is the dis-organized kitchen. There does not seem to be any coherent logic for where silverware, serving utensiles, meaasureing tools, pans, etc are located. Appreciated the wood floors with such close proximity to so much sand. Kitchen was well equipped. Only drawback was the beds— the mattresses are in desperate need of replacement.
