At Last is a lovely oceanfront home on the sand in Pacific City. This home is in the quiet, gated neighborhood of Kiwanda Shores. Oceanviews abound from the sunny great room and primary bedroom. There is garage access for toys and storage and a nice back deck for the front-row sunsets, storm-watching, or surf checks. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Features. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes. This home is built directly on a sand dune that leads to the beach. During winter storms the sand can quickly drift and accumulate around the property sometimes affecting the ocean view. Although we make every effort to remove the sand and preserve the view prior to your stay, the winter weather makes this difficult to predict and views may not be guaranteed. My grandson loved digging and playing in the sand dune outside. The view was amazing! Plenty of room for family to hang out and be comfortable. Communication was easy, with the management team checking in throughout our stay if we needed anything. The only thing they could not provide for us was for the rainy weather on the first 2 days to stop!! The beds were comfortable. The fireplace was perfect for those rainy days. Ours was blessed with beautirful weather. We've stayed at "At Last #112" before and it continued to meet our needs. One complaint is the dis-organized kitchen. There does not seem to be any coherent logic for where silverware, serving utensiles, meaasureing tools, pans, etc are located.
