This newer, charming home is just a short 2 blocks to the beach. Lovingly decorated with cheery sunny colors and beautiful driftwood art, and equipped with modern conveniences like Flat-screen TV, WiFi and a gas fireplace. The garage is stocked full of vacation fun with toys and bikes. Easy walk to beach WIFI & smart TV but no cable Private back patio Garage full of toys Bikes (7)/Helmets Sandboard Boogie Boards gas BBQ Max cars 2 (Contact us if additional parking space is needed) Sorry, no pets Layout-2 level home. First level entry has garage, back patio, living room, dining area, kitchen, full hall bath, bedroom with queen bed , bedroom with queen bed . Upstairs there is a bedroom with two twin beds, and two trundle beds and a full bath. Location - The Four Sisters neighborhood of Pacific City is just a stones through away from the ocean on the west side of Cape Kiwanda Drive. This area is a small (about 25 homes), newer development of homes that are have consistent architecture and were designed for family vacations at the beach. Most homes feature upgraded amenities and a river-rock fireplace. There is a central playground for the kids. Access: Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply). It's a nice house with plenty of features. The one thing we wished we'd known before booking is this house has no bathtub. That's not good for kids and since we were there for our daughters 4th birthday that came as a shock. Kids like baths. There is a shower upstairs, downstairs and outside however. The washer and dryer are a bit dated but the rest of the property was nice. We enjoyed the fire pit and all the toys. The video games upstairs and the basketball hoop outside were nice surprises. This property was a perfect size for the 7 adults that stayed here. The kitchen was well stocked; the living room was cozy. Having a morning walk on the beach was an ideal way to start the day. House was well stocked, clean, and the garage had all kinds of beach equipment so you don't have to bring anything from home. The only suggestion from my wife was that it would be nice to have some beach towels available. Short walk to the beach through a neighborhood. The only issues we had was the tv, xbox upstairs, and gate was locked so couldn't access outside shower without going through the house which defeats the purpose of an outside shower. The tv issue I was aware of from other reviews. I'd recommend bringing your Roku from home. Lots of games for the xbox upstairs but on a small tv but the cd tray wouldn't open so the kids couldn't play it. FYI, the access to the road that takes you to the beach is right next to the house but wasn't an issue for us. ##### Chris S. Though not directly on the beach, it is a short 2 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach perfect for playing in the waves and the sand. We would consider renting the house again. Several things could be improved. (1) Upstairs, facing the windows, the mattress on the bed to the right was very uncomfortable. (2) The upstairs shower door did not close. (3) Many windows were very hard to open and close. (4) The screen door had a number of tears in the fabric and was very difficult to open and close. (5) The dish washer had an unused soap packet in it and had water in the bottom when we arrived. (6) A number of dishes in the cupboards were still wet and dirty. It was perfect for us! We had to freshen up the couch and couch pillows as it was a bit musty, but nothing some air couldn’t fix. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. It was very comfortable once we did a little cleaning! The beds were comfortable and it was pretty well stocked, though the toaster didn't work. The bathroom floors had black hair and sand along the edges and in the corners and in the shower floor that we had to clean up before using. The living room had grapes and cheetos and cereal in the sofa and at the base of the sofa in the carpet that had not been vacuumed, so we vacuumed it up. The fridge had a lot of sand in the bottom shelf of the door that we had to clean before putting food away. The recycling bin in the garage was full of plastic bottles when we arrived.
