Thanks to the gentleman at the reception on Sunday morning that gave us directions on places to visit and was so patient with all my questions. He also handed us pretty flowers for the international women's day. You really made our day. He is also an assest to your organisation. To all hotel staff, I appreciate you for maintaining the hotel to such a high standard. we love you all."

"Dining room staff friendly and helpful. Rep less so. Could do with a spruce up and I questioned how room service worked with no phone in the room. Shower screen didn’t fit over bath so was hard to shower without flooding the bathroom. Very squeaky bathroom door. Good location though & nice bar area. Food ok but not much variety. For a Radisson in a country where you can’t drink the tap water I would have expected drinking water to be provided for free in the room. Fine overall but nothing special. "

"reception and cleaning staff was very helpful and nice. the room was spotless and was cleaned every afternoon. would say that it is in the hub of where all the nightlife is, so if you’re sleeping earlier, there is a lot of noise coming from the streets. "
